This scheme offers Group Gratuity cover to Employers, wherein the Gratuity liability payable to it's employees is taken care of by Insurance companies. Other services by the Insurers under this scheme include:-
  1. Capital Guaranteed Fund Management,
  2. Claim Settlement,
  3. Built in Insurance arrangement to take care of Gratuity provision for the employee’s future service i.e the full Gratuity amount is paid to the employee in case of death, irrespective of his completed service in the organisation.
  4. All MIS related to IT authorities, Employer is provided by the Company

Rider Benefit available.

Key Benefits:

  • On Retirement/Resignation/Termination: Higher of accrued Gratuity benefits payable.
  • On Death: Higher of accrued Gratuity benefits payable + Basic SA + Rider SA opted if any, in case of death due to accident.
  • On occurrence of Total Permanent Disability (TPD): Higher of accured Gratuity benefits + Rider SA if any, in case of TPD due to accident.

Procedure:

  • Company to decide the group/category of members to be insured for Gratuity provisions
  • To furnish the list to Company with details on members like Name, age, Date of Birth, Salary details, Designation, Employer code
  • To get the quote from the Company & finalize
  • Payment by cheque to the Company
  • Comply with further requirements (CFRs) if any
  • Receive confirmation from the Company on coverage
  • At every year furnish the details of changes in the list like off & on to the Company, get the renewal quote and make the payment
  • If claim arises furnish the details to the Company - receive claim cheque and pass it on to the member/family
